SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS

Prices. The price for Products available for purchase through the Site will be displayed to you on the Site. The prices displayed do not include taxes. On all U.S. orders, any applicable taxes will be communicated to you before you place an order.

Payments. The Site currently uses third parties to process payments. Our third-party payment processors accept payments through various credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as detailed on the applicable payment screen.

Order Acceptance. When you place an order on the Site, verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of the order. Prices and availability of products on the Sites are subject to change. O-LYFE, Corp. reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted). O-LYFE, Corp. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Shipping. When you place an order for Products through the Site, the Products will be shipped to the address you designate as the “Shipping Address” during the check-out process.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship within the United States via UPS. Shipped products should arrive within 2 – 5 business days from the date that you receive tracking information.
Free Shipping On Orders Over $ 200.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Most expedited shipments are sent through UPS or FedEx. The exact service depends on the size and weight of your order.

Packages usually reach their destination in 2-3 business days but occasionally take longer. Orders placed after 10am Pacific Time may require +1 day to process. For example, orders placed after 10am on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.

SHIPPING

USA sales are shipped via UPS with tracking information and should arrive within one week or so. Expedited shipping is available upon request for an extra fee- please include this request in your checkout.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS; WARRANTY; DEFECTS; PROPER USE

If you believe you have received a defective product, please reach us at info@O-LYFE.com to discuss with someone from our team. We are happy to exchange your Product for a new one if you let us know of the defect within seven (7) days of receiving it.

Not withstanding the foregoing, O-LYFE, Corp.. disclaims all liability or injury arising from or in connection with: (a) a Product’s failure due to any defect or malfunction that is caused as a result of a Product’s misuse, (b) your failure to follow operating instructions (c) use of a Product with improper or faulty equipment, (d) negligence in connection with your use of a Product, (e) wear-and-tear from use of the Product over time, or (f) any device or element of a Product made by anyone other than O-LYFE, Corp..

Please be advised that certain Products have specific assembly and care instructions to work safely and properly. In some cases, assembly and care instructions will be delivered to you via email upon your purchase of a Product. In turn, you must provide a valid email address to receive this information. Please also note that Products are intended for decorative purposes unless otherwise stated in the listing for the Product or the applicable assembly and care instructions. Products should not come into contact with electricity and should be kept away from heat. Unless otherwise stated on the site, materials other than porcelain are not food safe.

Returns. Due to the custom nature of our manufacturing process, we are not able to offer returns. If you are returning your item due to a material defect, please reach us at info@O-LYFE.com and someone from our team will assist you.

Warranty Policy

O-LYFE Warranty

O-LYFE is and always will be a company that prioritizes design and quality over everything else. To us, using the highest quality, longest-lasting materials is one of the most important aspects of designing new products.

We provide a one-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase for all O-LYFE products from the date of purchase.

O-LYFE warrants our products against defects in material, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use within the applicable Warranty Period, subject to conditions contained in this limited warranty. This manufacturer warranty strictly does not cover damages to the product or personal property, such as your accessories, or other devices, that arise from negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, modification, accident (dropping the product, etc.), or not following the instructions.
